All orders will be processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will go through processing on Monday. Once processed, and under normal conditions, please allow 2 to 5 business days for shipping and delivery to the mainland and 4 to 15 business days for other delivery locations. In either case, maximum delivery time, unless otherwise agreed by both parties, will be thirty (30) consecutive days starting counting from the day after order is confirmed and total payment is received. When customs procedures are required, delivery times might be affected and the client will be duly notified.

We try our upmost to keep an updated stock, but in the event one of our products is not available, shipping times might be delayed. In this situation, we will contact and inform the client via email about order updates.

Destinations where we ship:
  • Spain (peninsula) and Balearic Islands (No shipments will be made to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
  • Portugal (except Azores and Madeira)
  • Rest of Europe: Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy (except Serdeña, Capri and Sicily), Luxembourg, United Kingdom (except Guernsey, Jersey or Isle of Man) and Ireland
Free Shipping:
  • All orders greater than € 90 will have free shipping.
  • Shipping costs € 20.00 for orders under € 90.00 including VAT.
  • If the client has a carrier to manage the shipment, we require that you contact WET Store before placing the order
Restrictions on shipments of rigid Stand Up Paddle boards:
All rigid Stand Up Paddle boards usually exceed 3 meters in length and due to limitations of the carriers it may not be possible to get them to the delivery address specified by the customer. Therefore, the following restrictions or conditions on shipments will apply:
  • The carrier will only be obliged to leave the package in the building's doorway or entrance of an address, he will not be obliged to take it to any room, going up or down stairs.
  • For the case of tables greater than or equal to 10'(with approx. 3.15m packaging), the customer may be required to go to the warehouse or delegation that the carrier estimates to return to the table. The client may request a budget for the extra cost of home delivery, which once approved by the customer, will have to pay to manage delivery at home. This may affect the delivery times.
Total cost of an order will be informed before completing the payment and confirmation process and will include the final price, discounts and any additional surcharges that may apply. In the event of any disagreement, not completing the order process will suffice, as fulfilling an order and completing payment will entail acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
